The Hague Connect 2022 – Mental Health & International Talent in International Organisations and Start-ups. Conference Moderator
March 29, 2022
The first post-lockdown gathering organised by The Hague International Centre and The Hague Business Agency focused on mental health in international organisations during the COVID pandemic and attracting international talent to The Hague’s (startup) ecosystem. I moderated the event, opened the programme with a speech and facilitated a number of interactive panel debates.
Recommendation by the client:
During the The Hague Connect event early 2022, focussing on the needs and hurdles of the international expatriate community in our City, Safiyeh manged to quickly see the red line between all the different backgrounds present in the audience. Adding personal experience to the discussion made her role as moderator genuinely authentic. Clearly her international roots and divers experience in several business sectors helped to tap into the conversations in an appropriate manner.
